Punchbowl Falls

Punchbowl Falls, nestled in the Columbia River Gorge, enthralls visitors with its unique circular basin and cascading water that forms a serene, natural pool. It’s the waterfall that the generic term, “punchbowl waterfall” was named after.

Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls, Oregon’s iconic 620-foot (189-meter) waterfall, captivates visitors with its majestic two-tiered cascade. Framed by lush forests and the historic Benson Bridge, it is impressive – almost twice as tall as Niagara Falls – but although it is the most famous of the Gorge’s waterfalls, it’s not our favorite to shoot.

Panther Creek Falls

Panther Creek Falls is a stunning waterfall located in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest in Washington, near the border with Oregon. This two-tiered waterfall plunges about 130 feet (40 meters) in total, with the upper tier cascading down a 102-foot (31-meter) drop, followed by the lower tier’s 28-foot (8.5-meter) drop. Surrounded by lush greenery, moss-covered rocks, and old-growth forest, Panther Creek Falls is a popular destination for hikers, photographers, and nature enthusiasts seeking to experience the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty. The falls can be accessed via a short, moderately steep trail leading to a viewing platform that offers a breathtaking perspective of the waterfall.
